The responses to this post are hilarious cause none of you get the intention even though its there in the 1st paragraph. Miasmacloud is pissed off that she was right all along but she spent so much time writing, even after she nailed it. She’s raging and taking it out on Schneizel.

I’ve rewatched and reread and overanalyzed stuff in my quest(?) to make up a billion theories about what’s inside of Schneizel’s heart and spam my ass +50 posts over the course of the past week (as of this post, I’m at 39/50, and I doubt I’ll make it by tonight). When considering his NANDEKOREWA face from S1 22, I initially took it as his reaction to the unpredictable, but how about taking it and his interaction with Euphy to mean that incest is inside of his heart? I started writing something in last night’s pot ‘o potpourri and then it turned into a long run on sentence and now I’m going to expand on what I was writing there further. Also, fuck structured writing. I just feel like spewing shit. Lack of self-editing is kind of fun. Not even going to re-read to see if I happened to change my mind in the process of writing. I fully expect this will be a 1k+ word wall of incoherent text by the time I’m done. Read more »
I uploaded this picture last month and I’ve had absolutely no use for it since then, so I’m writing a Gino post to have an excuse to use this picture somewhere ’cause I think it’s hilarious. I really have no clue what to say about Gino! You can really only dig into something as deep as you understand about something, and you can only understand as deep as you’ve been allowed to plunge into.
At surface glance, Gino is just fucking around. He’s carefree! Likely because he’s happy with how things are. Gino seems to believe in a merit system and one’s own power. Regardless of your status, you can rise and fall on your own. As such, he likely agrees with the stuff that Charles spews, and is thus satisfied by the status quo of things to not think about wanting to change shit up. Some are less fortunate than others, tough luck. This is likely why he is drawn to someone like Suzaku, an extreme example of how someone can benefit from a rise/fall system. He’s someone who rose from a Number of a conquered Area to one of the Knights of Rounds. Suzaku is a major irregularity and we know his circumstances, but uh, point is he wasn’t privileged into the position by his birth. Read more »
Schneizel is Dullindal-esque, not in that he’s going to magically going to judge humans by genetics, but because Nina, who is going to be Rey-esque, is going to kill him to redeem herself because she has been set up to maybe have like redeeming qualities or something. Oh, and Kannon is Talia-esque for no apparent reason other than the hilarious implications of that comparison. Schneizel will have the floating tower of death called Damocles (look at the thing that Toudou is up against in the op - it’s Damocles, and those multiple green wedges = Britannia’s signature Float System, they like green) [1] which is basically going to be MESSIAH (but not in space since Code Geass doesn’t do space or something) and it will serve some purpose like “Schneizel wants to rule the world, k” which fits in fine with what he said at the end of R2 21.
If we take Damocles as a metaphor to find it’s purpose, then he’s going to sit in the sky and let the world go about doing its thing, but then when he’s un-amused he’s going to punch them in the face from the sky. This way, he would effectively rule it simply by fear while not necessarily being the one in charge… the Sword of Damocles is supposed to act as a cute reminder to the people who are actually in charge. Meanwhile, Britannia and the UFN are gunna Double Ships Alliance against this shit.
I was originally writing this without the Gundam SEED Destiny comparison as it lacks substance beyond a situational set up and none of the characters are really that remotely alike and [stuff], but I couldn’t resist. After all, GSD was one of the first shows I ever speed subbed and it has a “special place” in my heart these days. Oh glorious fagsubber nostalgia.
(Is this even the right place to put the read more? I thought this wouldn’t be that long on screen but it is and now I’ve got nfc where to put the fucking read more. Seriously I don’t understand the art of where you put the read more and how you tag and categorize.) Read more »
I don’t like Nina and the only value I can see in her is purely comedic, but I can’t really deny or ignore what the show seems to be trying to do with her (especially after the last episode). Soooo, let’s talk about Nina. :D In this post, Nina in S1. Keep in mind that I am pretty much pro-Milly/anti-Nina and make no effort to hide this. Also, this shit is long. Not quite “y so hapi??//” length, but nearly there. Read more »
Hey guys, this has nothing to do with anything at all, I just feel like ranting after spamming posts at ADTRW to try to catch up to Nate in the R2 thread post count! I hate Euphy, I think she’s a joke, and I think the Special Zone would’ve failed miserably if it had been put into action.
Everyone take a look at this awesome map that I got off of Google images by typing “Japan” and “Mt. Fuji” then hitting enter. See the little red triangle where Mt. Fuji is? That was where the Special Zone of Nippon would have been, and only there. And the rest of the #ffad73 colored Japan? Yeah, still Area 11. Wow Euphy, you’re a fucking genius. Let’s make the area around Mt. Fuji a place where the restrictions against 11’s are gone, and the privileges given to Britannians are gone… while the rest of the area remains unchanged. Read more »
Schneizel, there’s way to win this series: Sit on the sidelines, let Lelouch and Dad kill each other, then come in at the last moment and be like “fuck yeah I win by default”. Srsly. He could make this like Hamlet and be Prince Forbitinas. But it looks like Schneizel wants in on Curly and Lelouch’s super fun awesome times with Geass. Schneizel’s behavior indicates that he’s setting himself up to be fucked in the ass a few times over by the end. Not that I mind of course, Yaoi fangirl that I am.
R2 17 showed that despite his Geass researching, he hasn’t really discovered much. Cornelia with one arm and no resources has been doing better than him at this shit, though he hasn’t had a year to fully devote himself to doing that since it’d be treeeason against Dad. If Lelouch had gone, “Sure big brother I’ll trust you”, I assume he would’ve played the Nunnally card to interrogate Lelouch to find out info about Geass. He does seem to have heard about Lelouch’s power before, as Guilford’s betrayal didn’t seem to shake him much, and he commented about not having any choice but to believe now, a comment about Lelouch’s power. By the end of the episode, he’s attempting to emotionally blackmail Suzaku into telling him more about Geass, plus drop Freya on Tokyo. (I really hope no one thought that Canon’s comment about, “If you had just told Schneizel this from the start, this shit never would’ve happened” was sincere.)
Even though he knows jack shit about Geass and what is actually going on behind the scenes, at the end of R2 17 he seems pretty confident that everything has fallen into place for him now and he’s got the cards in his hands. That’s quite a bit of faith in magic vacuum implosion whatever atom bombs and that “Damocles” thing he spoke of before. Believe in the heart of the cards, Schneizel! Read more »
I thought the Black Knights betrayal of Zero wouldn’t make any sense and that it would just run like another plot point on Taniguchi’s episode Power Point. From the audience PoV, they kind of suck without him. I questioned how much the magical tape recording would be able to sway them. Sure, Asahina, Chiba, and Minami have always kind of been like “Fuuuck Zero”, but they seemed to put up with him regardless. I figured they were a minority opinion and they just put up with him and stayed for other reasons. But when I thought these things, I was unaware that the tape recording would have Lelouch lying out of his ass and getting down on his hands and knees to try to appease Suzaku. Read more »
Now time for some different speculation, completely unrelated to Schneizel (SHI- WHAT?!). Ignore Lelouch, Ougi and Kallen in the picture above! Lets talk about the uh, little guys. The generics. :D What did they do before they were terrorists?
This whole thing is bullshit done for lulz after a discussion on IRC with Grenji. Read more »
Chess is a really shitty game to use as symbolism in Geass. It paints the world as a black board with stains of red blood, upon which black and white pieces move.
…that was way too srsbsns sounding. Anon from the Wind Valley is pretty much correct; I’m going off the deep end here. Oh well.
What I was going to get to eventually above is that there’s this thing called GRAY AREA and Geass has a lot of it, but Geass constantly uses chess, a game which has 2 distinct sides/colors to it. I propose there is a 3rd side/color/faction. Lelouch is the black w/the Black Knights, Charles is the white w/Britannia, and Schneizel is our middleman. I guess we’ll call him the gray, aligned with… uh, atom bombs. Fuck yeah. Oh hey, wouldn’t the smoke from the bomb usage be gray anyway? Symbolism yay.
Forget any imagery about Schneizel being the white king, it’s all a dirty lie. To his father and his brother’s white and black, he is effectively gray, sometimes because he’s in the middle, lodged between them, or because he shows a mixture of the 2 of them. Even though he’s with Britannia, like daddy, he’s also kind of “mehhhh dad wtf”, like Lelouch. Though he is regarded as being both GAR and fabulous, he’s not quite as GAR or as fabulous as the other 2, providing a mixed state of being Fabulously GAR. Fuck, he’s even in the middle in things like age, height, and hair color! Actually he’s like all of 1 inch shorter than his dad, BUT IT’S STILL 1 INCH SHORTER AND PUTS HIM IN THE MIDDLE OKAY.

Schneizel, why do you look happy?
Is it because you’re happy for Nina?
Is it because you can you see Canon’s ass?
Or is it because you’re actually batshit insane?

The way in which his bangs fall over his eyes say he is probably not a good person!
A while back I posted a poll about why Schneizel hires the freakshow to work for him. I think that poll was missing an option like, “He’s crazier than all of them, so they’re all normal to him”. I’m anxiously awaiting Crazy Schneizel as I believe he would/will be mad sexy.
(inb4 he turns out to have Lavos Conflict God form)
During the whole, “Nina has succeeded in creating a WMD that can destroy humanity on an atomic level” scene, Canon’s “guyswtf” reaction is probably how I would actually react to this, but this is anime and I don’t take things in anime to be how things should work IRL so my attention went off of the fact that Schneizel was funding mass destruction and onto how fucking fabulous he looks. Watching the scene while thinking about the capability of Nina’s weapon in the real world etc, between Nina’s triumphant “FUCK YEAH BITCHES MANKIND’S GUNNA CHANGE” and Schneizel’s delicious dangling bangs of evil-ness, Canon’s reaction is comforting.
But hey, moral faggotry about magic weapon h4x in the Geass World vs the Real World? No thanks. Lets talk about Schneizel instead! Read more »

Lelouch fans, you’re adorable, really, but Lelouch was not at the Cult HQ to destroy his enemy. Please quit using this excuse and face the fact that Lelouch was there because he is a teenager with hormones and he was fucking pissed. Read more »
C.C. is always getting fucking shot and/or tortured. Maybe she is secretly just a masochist and her desire is for Lelouch to be a sadist? She refers to these memories as her memories of being a witch and that she doesn’t remember being a human, though we now have magazine scans telling us she was once a normal little loli slave girl and she had a REAL NAME!!! and everything.
Presumably, these are the same person. (C.C.) The b+w screens are from episode S1 11. It’s the little girl in C.C.’s mind when Lelouch touches her. Now that we have the scans from the August magazines which give us pictures from when C.C. was a slave girl. She apparently was like, a slave, then she got a Geass, then somewhere down the line she became the leader of the Geass Cult, etc. Read more »
When we were watching R2 13 on the live stream, I garbled out this:
[BRERA_GOTTWALD] …why are they jus

[BRERA_GOTTWALD] moving onto the next topic
I’ve been wondering this in regard to the scene after Shirley steps backwards off of the building. Lelouch and Suzaku just sit there acting so normally… I still haven’t fucking figured the mystery out yet.

Clusterfuck between Japanese and English. Yay!
Britannian English
The alternate timeline of Code Geass implies nothing about the evolution of language, so, since American English as we know it has been in development since around… uh… 1400’s?, it’s safe to assume that Britannia has some American accent! Due to the dominance of “British Stuff” and a British monarch remaining in rule, their spellings might be more with British English. In example, a TV Screen in S1 referred to Suzaku as “Honoured”. Yeeet, on a computer screen in S1, it said “colonization”. Brit Eng would be “colonisation”. So uh, some Frankenstein Language between American Eng and Brit Eng = Britannian Eng.

Nunnally is a topic of interest. We’re told that she is Lelouch’s reason for everything and he’s going to make a world that she can live happily in, but we never do hear much from her. So, the million dollar question: When did Lelouch ask her, “Nunnally, what kind of world would you live happily in”?
