I put this on the poll for pure comedy as a parody of Xingke and the Tianzi, but you never know where Geass is going next, huh. Maybe Schneizel’s mask is actually his asshole side! Clearly he was planning on setting up Euphy as the next major world leader, that’s why he went “HOLY FUCK KEIKAKU NOT-DOORI!!!” when she started shooting people up!

(Kaze and I decided his plot aids would be called “Sakuradite Poizn” or something similar, btw.)

I had a poll back in July asking why you were watching Geass. After the events of R2 21, I want to ask the same question. After big revelations in the story, there are likely to be divided opinions, or opinions changed, or [whatever]. For me it’s still “Schneizel takes priority over all”. I could write a college thesis on that! But how about the others?

I don’t even understand how this came up in #gg tonight. Schneizel knows Lelouch has magic eye rape powers, so assuming he’ll actually go head to head with him, how would he work around it? Loki brought up using glasses with mirror lenses so Lelouch would Geass himself, but then Schneizel wouldn’t be able to see out of them. This led into a discussion of technicalities, like maybe he could use the glass that the police interrogation rooms use with the double sided mirror, but then wouldn’t Lelouch be able to Geass him through that if light still passes through? Firefly suggested the RoboCop helmet. grunty thinks his FABULOUS abilities will be able to deflect Geass. Personally, I think he would look nice in aviator goggles.

Earl Lloyd requested I make a post about… well… Lloyd, since he had that “lol i’m f’ed in da head” line in 19 and I have yet to live up to this request. When I sat down to consider what to write, what really came to my mind is how Lloyd isn’t afraid to go, “GUYS I’M MESSED UP”, reinforced by 19, but Cecile is such a fucking cunt and keeps making faces at everyone and being silly while visibly having no qualms about inventing weapons used in war, when the last thing she marveled over (the Guren) ended up being used against her home team. EVEN NINA, yes, NINA might actually be losing sleep here over making something that is killing people. Gaaah.

Oh, and new poll I thought of randomly while writing this. Personally I think he would be Chocolate and vanilla swirl. This actually makes me want to go buy those Jell-O pudding cups, and it’s like 4:35am. Fuck.

Geass Dub Lulz

Epic censor job. Even Kallen’s shower scene was less retarded than this. I like the script writing too. “Are you waking up now?” and “What were you doing in that place passed out like that?” Christ, its like an Eliza script…

Related to the English Geass world, the results are up for Bandai’s character poll~ 4chan powervoted Clovis to #1, Rivalz to #2, and Shirley to #4. Maybe now they’ll fix Clovis’s character page icon so it’s not the Glaston Knights dude anymore?

Also, Yzak/LtEagle’s logic is pretty flawless here IMO:

It wasn’t 4chan, it was CLAMP, who have been quoted multiple times as saying that Clovis is their favorite character.

Oh, and the Geass R1 DVD’s are glitched.

K everyone look at the Bandai Ent. character page for Geass. See the guy inbetween Orange and Guilford? Link says “clovis.php”. PROBLEM: That face icon is not Clovis, it’s one of the Glaston Knights. Y U DO DIS, Bandai?! Maybe /a/’s campaign to power vote him in the character poll will cause them to re-think this horrible error they’ve made!

Hey, I remember why I like Code Geass

I decided to re-evaluate why I’m watching Geass amidst the negativity generated after the events of R2 15. I’ve felt since the beginning of R2 fairly neutral to it. Eventually, I came to the conclusion that I am actually quite satisfied, but this isn’t because of the show itself, its because of the reason why I’m watching it. I seemed to forget this. When I first watched ep1 s1 raw, I didn’t really know much Japanese, I had no idea what the concept/basis of Geass was. Yuurei, el, dovac and I were just picking a new show to sub.

I saw this during the op and that’s all I needed to approve the show:

I dug out my old D drive and screenshotted the old [gg] release fff

Being the extremely shallow fangirl that I am, I can honestly say that I’ve been more or less satisfied so far!

So, why are you watching it?

Presumably, these are the same person. (C.C.) The b+w screens are from episode S1 11. It’s the little girl in C.C.’s mind when Lelouch touches her. Now that we have the scans from the August magazines which give us pictures from when C.C. was a slave girl.
