Kannon-tan’s feminine speech

Kannon can’t stand out to English speakers because he has a speech thing in Japanese. For a male, he uses what’s considered feminine Japanese. I’m still a nub at language and honestly have no fucking clue what makes this shit feminine though or what/when you use it. -v-; In example, “wa” and “wa ne” on the end of some sentences is considered feminine. (Here’s a convenient part from 17 where he uses both: “立派な功績をあげられたわね,枢木卿. これで戦争は終わったわ.”) Also, polite speech~ (inb4 jokes about women using polite speech.)
