End Game Schneizel Theory GO

Schneizel is Dullindal-esque, not in that he’s going to magically going to judge humans by genetics, but because Nina, who is going to be Rey-esque, is going to kill him to redeem herself because she has been set up to maybe have like redeeming qualities or something. Oh, and Kannon is Talia-esque for no apparent reason other than the hilarious implications of that comparison. Schneizel will have the floating tower of death called Damocles (look at the thing that Toudou is up against in the op - it’s Damocles, and those multiple green wedges = Britannia’s signature Float System, they like green) [1] which is basically going to be MESSIAH (but not in space since Code Geass doesn’t do space or something) and it will serve some purpose like “Schneizel wants to rule the world, k” which fits in fine with what he said at the end of R2 21.

If we take Damocles as a metaphor to find it’s purpose, then he’s going to sit in the sky and let the world go about doing its thing, but then when he’s un-amused he’s going to punch them in the face from the sky. This way, he would effectively rule it simply by fear while not necessarily being the one in charge… the Sword of Damocles is supposed to act as a cute reminder to the people who are actually in charge. Meanwhile, Britannia and the UFN are gunna Double Ships Alliance against this shit.

I was originally writing this without the Gundam SEED Destiny comparison as it lacks substance beyond a situational set up and none of the characters are really that remotely alike and [stuff], but I couldn’t resist. After all, GSD was one of the first shows I ever speed subbed and it has a “special place” in my heart these days. Oh glorious fagsubber nostalgia.

(Is this even the right place to put the read more? I thought this wouldn’t be that long on screen but it is and now I’ve got nfc where to put the fucking read more. Seriously I don’t understand the art of where you put the read more and how you tag and categorize.)

The bad thing about this theory is that it means I’m a horrible fangirl but I think I’ve shown how pessimistic about him I am before. If Schneizel wants to fuck around in the sky and shoot FLEIA or [whatever] at random people who piss him off, then he better have some fucking awesome hot ‘n crazy guy faces. I know he’s seriously going to get fucked if he pulls something like that. Yes, Schneizel, people do want to be ruled or led in some way. Yes, Schneizel, threats do work, and you have pretty much done all of your politics and built your reputation in the CGverse by show of force then talking to them after! It’s your signature 50% effort move - “not getting my hands dirty”. But see, Schneizel, something like a fortress of doom is far less subtle than how you usually operate. I guess that’s the definition of SCHNEIZEL’S MASK for us; when you drop your subtlety. People who are ruled could be classified as oppressed in some way to begin with depending your pessimism meter, but there’s a very, very large difference in subtlety in the situation I am painting here between “pew pew lasers in the sky” and “Hi I’m the Emperor whats up guys”. And frankly, Schneizel getting rid of his subtlety might as well be interpreted as Schneizel killing himself. (I wonder if gg will let me put SCHNEIZEL’S SUICIDE for the R2 23 title?)

You can get away with doing things like floating death tower if you have some massive backup, but Schneizel, mai haanii, I think everyone’s going to think you’re a crazy guy and ditch you ASAP for the sake of a future where EVERYTHING IS BRIGHT! instead of EVERYTHING IS CRYING because they feel oppressed and shit. Sure you might’ve piggy backed your freak show to a magical spring where they drank water then blossomed into rainbow color flowers, but that doesn’t mean they’re going to mindlessly obey you for life. Well, except for maybe Kannon. Don’t worry Schneizel, as you lay dying, Kannon will embrace you and make sure you don’t die alone as a reference to his Michael Garrett character design.

I fully expect that the public won’t be very thrilled about this, letting his comment in R2 11 about how the most important thing in a country is the people come around to bite him in the ass. I also expect that his Nina manipulation is going to do the same, something like this: Nina shoots him, he goes “y u do dis” and she replies “because this isn’t something Euphemia-sama would want”. In fact, I can already see a 4chan image macro where the last panel is his face looking shitpissed, with a size 50, center-aligned, “OWNED” written it in Impact font, black with white outline depending on if the picture calls for a outline or not, followed by a flood of jokes about how pathetic you must be to get owned by Nina of all people [2]. I also expect that the Black Knights and UFN will side with Lelouch again, thus also backfiring his plan to wedge them apart. Maybe he’ll at least get to punch Lelouch in the face or an entirely less ridiculous outfit than Lelouch’s Emperor gear or something before this is all over as a consolation prize for coming in 2nd place.

Why do I feel this way? What is the source of my sudden FUCK I’M EMO SCHNEIZEL S;LFJK;KSDLF? Because Geass is a heavily, heavily ironic series. This should have been painfully obvious ever since S1 02 when the Japanese Suzaku is fighting for Britannia while the Britannian prince Lelouch was fighting against it, and they were also both childhood friends who thought each other died and were now fighting against each other. It should be even more painfully obvious now that Lelouch has become Emperor. Long story short, Geass is fucking ironic, and I can see all of my emo, angsting, bullshit rambling from above actually happening. I think this is all justified thinking, though it has a foundation mostly made of assumptions. (I mean, fuck, we don’t even really know what Damocles is yet do we! OH WELL, this is what theory making is fooor!)

So yeah, early RiP from me, but I’ll enjoy anyway. Scouts honor.

I wish Sunrise could pace things properly. Schneizel & Endgame should be longer than just 4 episodes, especially if he only discards his “mask” in episode 23, that gives about 2.5 episodes where he’s crazy fucked up (assuming that he is going to be this under his mask) Even 5 episodes of crazy fucked up Schneizel would be satisfactory (think of the screentime and epic face poses, koda)

Interested to see how it pans out nonetheless though. But Nina should die, the whore. She doesn’t deserve any revenge.

Nina shoots Schneizel then Kannon comes along and shoots Nina and kills her and Schneizel dies an epic death in Kannon’s hands and Kannon suicides shortly after to follow his dear lover Schneizel to uh…heaven or hell or god or wherever they go to.

Anyways I agree w/Kaze, the ending seems wayyy too rushed. Endgame should be way longer. Hell, the endgames of every Yugioh season is like, 10 episodes long each. That’s a bit long, and it includes random flashbacks and explanations of random character’s pasts in between that should’ve been explained earlier, but at least they don’t rush it. Rush < Slow, in my opinion. When it’s rushed, the fans are just like “wait, wait, what? wtf? o.o”

No~ Everyone except Kannon and Nina is gunna ditch him! Nina so she can stay and shoot him (then ditch him after, which actually makes her even moreso not-Rey), Kannon so he can stay and comfort him into death while Damocles sinks into the ocean.

Really though, the best ending would be for Nina to actually show some character and take him out for using her POWER OF SCIENCE against everyone, and for bonus points attempt to fuck up Lelouch for her dear Euphy-sama, before he geasses her back to being the quiet girl in the corner. Somehow I don’t see Sunrise doing anything awesome with this ending, it’s gonna be a trainwreck of truly epic fail. I would also not be surprised if they dropped a LOL RESET in there somewhere because Mai HiME certainly taught us that you can’t kill everyone without bringing them back through the power of MAGIC!

It does seem like a short amount of time for Schneizel to go crazy and threaten everyone with a giant fortress of doom. In fact I feel it will be rushed and not well liked…

I CALL GEASS MOVIE!!!

It be like a complete reimagining of the last few episodes. The pacing will be fixed and everyone will love it, cause that’s what happens when an Anime gets a movie, even if everyone hated it before (The first Gundam comes to mind). Also, in it Scheizel will still die and stuff, but there will be a lot more scenes of him being FABULOUS! And maybe Lulu will choose a love interest, just to get the fans to have massive fangasm when they see Lulu kiss someone.

Suzaku is so death flagged. I can see it now. Suzak and Kallen badass tag team for a few minutes to joygasm the fans, then Suzaku gets fatally hit, Lelouch has a quick montage flashback from when they were kids to the present. Then a nice “SUUZZZAAAKKKUU” from Lelouch then he goes bat shit insane…again :D
