TEN EIGHTY PEE Picture Drama

`Gaius got his Geass S1 Blu-Ray and the Picture Drama is also TEN EIGHTY PEE. He said that his R2 Blu-Ray was being held captive in France though. Baaaw. Also, shifting the stuff for the new one was easy. The frames were the fucking same. No scene timing required. Just had to fix Euphie -> Euphy~ There’s a screenshot of the R2 DVD 01 Picture Drama (Turn 0.923) floating around though. C.C.’s substitute Cheese-kun… lol…

Edit: Haha, `Gaius downsized it to 720p for the release. So much for a ridiculous 1080p picture drama release.

Also, totally irrelevant. I am enjoying being busy with fansub work and not doing any crowd control in the aftermath of the Taniguchi interview stuff. The numerous people who are putting words in my mouth and assuming what I intended to do by posting it and/or assuming what I think based off of posting it = Entertaining. (I do see when people link here, and sometimes I visit the trackbacks.) It’s especially amusing seeing as how I have yet to really make any opinion aside from a sarcastic, “Hey guys I wonder how R2 13 was supposed to go!” Hell, I’m probably never going to make much of an opinion about it since it requires me to know what the original R2 plans were.

Edit 3: Okay, fuck it. Here’s some crowd control, since someone on IRC made a fairly “…”-worthy remark to me about the above. I think I’m justified in my “baaaw”-ing because the implications being spread that I’m finding are this: 1) The Taniguchi interview was portrayed unfairly, 1.5) And I am to blame for that, 2) The Taniguchi interview writeup is bullshit/fake, 3) I must hate Geass R2 to post something like that, 4) ???, 5) Profit. I have no idea how you even extract that.

Also, if the commentary is apparently anti-Geass, and I’m portraying it UNFAIRLY by posting Tamaki’s Girlfriend’s commentary, then why would I bother to find the actual Japanese for the interview, and ask someone to translate it? Or wait, Mandoric must be unfairly translating it too, right?

People were also taking Mandoric’s words (his COMMENTARY, mind you) as gospel, like as if he was some kind of SunRise insider who actually knows this all for fact.

  Hm, maybe it would be fun to write about how the shitstorm of reactions itself? Kinda makes me out as a drama queen, but I’m pretty sure that I already am one!

  If I were you I’d be sorely tempted to stir shit up some more! Japan has gotten shitstorm after shitstorm about about R2, and over here we get nothing.

  it’s funny to compare how we reacted comparatively. Us: oh yeah that’s too bad, i’d like to have seen how R2 as taniguchi envisioned it came out. THE END. no more said.
