C.C. is always getting fucking shot and/or tortured. Maybe she is secretly just a masochist and her desire is for Lelouch to be a sadist? She refers to these memories as her memories of being a witch and that she doesn’t remember being a human, though we now have magazine scans telling us she was once a normal little loli slave girl and she had a REAL NAME!!! and everything.

Presumably, these are the same person. (C.C.) The b+w screens are from episode S1 11. It’s the little girl in C.C.’s mind when Lelouch touches her. Now that we have the scans from the August magazines which give us pictures from when C.C. was a slave girl. She apparently was like, a slave, then she got a Geass, then somewhere down the line she became the leader of the Geass Cult, etc.

Also from S1 11 are these above screenshots, and they show some INTERESTING THINGS. There are some pissed villager-looking people throwing stones at a church-thingie with a Geass sign, and a Nun with a Geass mark on her forehead. Is Nun Lady also C.C.? Did she run away from Cult Leadership ’cause these pissed people were throwing shit at her?!

In S1 25, there were some other images from when V.V. uses the “trap” on her and Lelouch at Kamine Island. We see her on a war zone getting BOOM HEADSHOT’d by a soldier (people think that this is from real life World War I and that there’s some FMA-ish trans-dimensional bullshit going on), then later being burnt at the stake. (fyi: if you look at the building, it doesn’t appear to be the same as the one they were throwing rocks at)

So… basically… Once upon a time, C.C. was a little loli slave girl, then she got a Geass somehow and then she became immortal and was even the head of the Geass cult and then she met up with Marianne and hung out at Aries Palace and then she met a crazy fag named Mao and then she went to Area 11 and got shot in the head and then she ordered pizza and the rest is history.

The mysteries about C.C. are the same mysteries they’ve always been since S1: How did she go from being a normal human to being a witch (or immortal, whichever!), and what’s her desire that Lelouch has to fulfill? Magazine spoilers indicate we might figure this shit out in R2 15… Nice to know that by uh episode 15 or so of season 2 we might actually find this shit out after being in the dark so long.

What does she want from Lelouch? Pizza? If so, then Lelouch has fulfilled that wish a thousand times over by letting her charge his account with her orders. Thinking more SRSBSNS-ish, she has rambled about “human this, human that, I’m alone, BAAAW” every now and then. Maybe she just wants a hug and/or a friend! :(

A common theory drifting around is that C.C. got her Geass, and her Geass got too powerful causing it to evolve. Eventually down the line, she becomes immortal and goes from just being a Geass user to being a Geass giver. Let’s say, for a minute, that this is true… Is this the ending for Lelouch? She warned him before that Geass will make him live among humans, but not as a normal human, and that the power will isolate him. So will he become a lonely emo fag and in maybe like 500 years he’ll give out a contract too to sucker punch some 17yr old kid into being his companion? I can see the sequel now…

This also means that Geass users will eventually lose their Geass, but inexchange they gain regeneration and World of C access (and some other goodies we don’t know of). Hmm… magic powers and a ~100 year life span vs an annoying chat channel where dead people bother you and immortality…? :raise: Honestly, it sounds like C.C. is going around making contracts with people like Mao and Lelouch so she has someone else to talk besides dead people for all of eternity.

On that note, since you can talk to dead people in the World of C, does that mean that Mao can talk to C.C. through the World of C since he’s dead? That’s gotta be fucking annoying. Though now it makes sense why she put off killing him, as mentioned in the Geass novels. Clearly she didn’t want the younger Mao to harass the fuck out of her from the World of C. Actually, wait… Maybe Geass effects carry over into the World of C, so C.C. knew he wouldn’t bother her over there ’cause Lelouch muted him. Everything falls into place now.

But how does the World of C work anyway? What we know about it, is that Charles, V.V. and C.C. can all speak to dead people through it. V.V. and C.C. can also, notably, speak to each other through it. Can you mute people like on IRC, or can you like, lurk in it? If people harass you, can you get the World of C op to ban people from it?

(Random: I thought C.C. knew her way around China because the Cult has always been in China, but this got shot down when she says that the Cult location changes when the leader does. Oh well!)

The poll is dedicated to the mystery of C.C. Just what does she want from Lelouch anyway? (Also, Druaga references, lawl.)

I think that she’s just an emofag and wants company, but she’s sick of Marianne. Anyway, I think I read somewhere that there won’t be a third season (here’s hoping) so they’ll have to answer SOME things in this season.

    CC is oh so ronery. ;_;

Honestly I’ve stopped caring. Geass has gotten so ridiculous and silly, and it hasn’t even touched on anything important on the show in a long time.

Apparently the producers have admitted they have problems remembering all the shit they put into the series, too. So hoping for some kind of neat tying up of all the loose ends seems a bit naïve.

As long as the major “shit” (like C.C. and whatnot, right?) is still there, and it should, there’s little problem with missing some of the minor stuff, if that’s the idea.

If the huge questions are answered, the smaller ones either lose value or can be explained by fans, even if it’s sloppy to have them around in the first place.

I think I’m the only one who missed that World of C shit. I figured there was some telepathic thing going on between C.C. and V.V. but that was it.

Me too, so I can only assume it’s from some of that extra material they put into various spinoff works to make people spend more money on the series.

Why not all of the above? :)

And it seems the Newtype interview is real, so yeah…good to know the show’s going to end. Because, yes, it’s about time for the series to get back into this stuff, even I can see that.

Jase: Can’t blame you too much. “The World of C” bit was first mentioned when Mao finally died, but other than that, most bits of info about it have been kept to outside materials (games and such).

    > It’s the little girl in C.C.’s mind when Lelouch touches her.

This sentence has to be read VERY CAREFULLY.

You’ve discovered the truth miasma. The world of C is simply one big IRC channel full of dead people. In that last sound ep track, (suzaku versus lelouch) they should have had marianne and euphie join in.
